The Firm has an extensive practice assisting both employers and executives and professionals in connection with their strategic planning and incentive, bonus, and equity-based compensation plans. Our services include:

  • determining which incentive, bonus and/or equity-based compensation plan is most appropriate to motivate and reward an executive management team while maximizing the value of the particular strategic plan of the business owners
  • selecting and designing the most effective plan(s) for a particular organization
  • devising exit strategies for both businesses and executives and professionals
  • negotiating and preparing executive employment agreements, consulting agreements, and separation agreements
