Life at FVLD

We believe that we have successfully combined the attributes of a national and international law practice with the most significant advantage of a smaller law firm - an enjoyable, casual, close-knit environment. Our size permits each of us to know everyone at the Firm on a personal level. Equally important, all attorneys are encouraged to actively participate in Firm management.

This participation includes informal discussions, involvement in conferences regarding aspects of our practice, and periodic meetings of all the attorneys that are a forum both for brainstorming on current active client matters and for discussion of legal, administrative and marketing issues.

We also create and adapt flexible work arrangements for attorneys and staff, including part-time and work-at-home arrangements, to accommodate personal and family needs. We believe FVLD clearly demonstrates that a sophisticated law practice can thrive in a compassionate and enjoyable environment.
